The beaches here are covered with pebbles which makes a pleasant change from the golden sands of other parts of the Costa Blanca. A lot more comfortable under the feet that you can imagine. Sand can get very hot under the Spanish sun so you will find the the pebble beach a lot cooler for the Kiddies leaving them happy while they make sand castles also a god send for amblers.

For people that are not lovers of the sand then Albir is definitely the ideal choice to sunbathe. In Albir no carrying sand around with you all day in-between your toes/beach bag and any other parts you know of where sand gets into.

The Paseo de Estreles otherwise known as the boulevard is a great place to visit and marvel in the amazing views across to the resort of Calpe.

When evening falls and the sun sets on Albir streets and boulevard it also sets the mood for many who want to enjoy themselves.

After all you are on holiday so why not break the rules and let your hair down. You will find plenty of bars and eateries where you can do this. Atmospheres differ from laid back to more up tempo.

Evenings are even more special when strolling along the beach taking in the warmth of Benidorms nights. Breathe in the sea air, listen to the sedated ocean as the mini waves swirl in and around every pebble on the waters edge.

Service and people here are very friendly. Albir a fabulous choice for families and is also the next city north towards Valencia. Better still only a stones throw from the heart of Benidorm.
