Costa Blanca

Costa Blanca

The Costa Blanca an established holiday resort. Today this is a major travel destination for many European citizens whether for holidays or those moving there permanently.

Traditional culture still lurks even with the injected strong presence of the cosmopolitan feel.

Check your chosen location before booking as parts can be quite hilly with steep slopes so therefore any one with walking difficulties will find this a problem.

Now rated as one of the main top beach holiday hotspots. Costa Blanca has injected major investment into the preservation of its historical and architectural heritage. For fiestas (festivals) check calendar days and dates for when these spectacular processions take place.

Cuisine is another major bonus with (affordable) good tasty food available everywhere and dishes to suit every tourists palette.

Shopping opportunities ranging from souvenirs local goods and handicrafts to fashion items and modern shopping centres. Excellent safe beaches. Accommodation hotels, apartments, and villa’s dominate the whole of this coastal region.

You will be spoilt for choice and will have no problem finding what is right for you or your family.

Well known for its mild climate where you can enjoy sunshine for in excess of 320 days per year. The sun is at its hottest during the summer months with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). The climate at winter time is gloriously mild with an average of around 18°C (64°F). Famous for its salt lakes (Salt the major export for this part of Spain) This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels and as a result the air is much dryer than in other parts of Spain and Europe. Because of the low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate the World Health Organisation have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the earth.

The Costa Blanca really is an affordable holiday with something for every one.
